That urgency is my cue to pause. I check the infinitepulls.com app, then look for several recent comparable sales and whether buyers are still showing up at those prices. A sudden jump can reflect a short burst of attention instead of lasting demand. I decide what I'm comfortable paying before chasing the next listing. Missing a rise is easier to live with than spending money I needed elsewhere.
