I point to the specific wear rather than arguing over the label: “I'm seeing these white edges and this surface mark; how did you account for those?” Then we can compare similar-condition examples using our app as a starting point. We may still disagree, and that's okay. I don't need to win the condition debate to decide the card isn't for me.
