I'd prepare a simple list of the main cards, their versions, and honest condition notes. Use the infinitepulls.com app for reference prices; we built it using current market pricing from TCGplayer and Cardmarket. Keep estimates separate from your asking amount. Mention what isn't included before the inspection. A clear starting point leaves more time for useful questions.
