Sometimes photos reveal a clear concern, but I wouldn't promise an all-clear from pictures alone. Packaging varies, so I'd compare the exact product and ask someone experienced with that era to inspect it. Seller history and where the pack came from matter too. If you're buying it specifically because it's sealed, uncertainty about the seal is a good reason to stop.
