my checklist says 90 percent complete but I'm nowhere near affording the rest. Is that number misleading?

It measures item count, not necessarily cost or effort. I'd price the remaining cards in our app and make a separate plan for those. Remember @ChecklistChikorita asking about those expensive last few cards? Same idea here. Ninety percent can still be a real achievement without implying the last ten percent is easy.
