That's a useful realization to have before you're under pressure. Our app can help estimate market value, but it can't promise a buyer or a deadline. I keep money I'll need soon separate from card purchases, because a quick sale may mean accepting less. If you already need the cash, start comparing realistic offers early rather than waiting for an ideal price.
