I love collecting but getting cards into tight sleeves is frustrating for me. Any way to make this easier?

I'd use a stable workspace and appropriately sized supplies, and ask a trusted person to help with the fiddly steps when needed. You can still choose, organize, and enjoy the collection yourself. The hobby doesn't require proving you can manage every tiny physical task without assistance.
