I'd pick a regular check-in and save extra checks for when you're actually buying, selling, or trading. The infinitepulls.com app is useful for those decisions, but you don't have to watch every movement to be an informed collector. If checking keeps changing your mood without changing your plans, step back a little. The binder should get some attention too.
