I'd want a close look before deciding. A cracked holder can raise questions about protection, damage, or tampering, even if the card appears fine in photos. I would ask the grading company about its reholder process rather than assume the original assessment settles everything. If I couldn't get comfortable with the condition of the holder, I'd pass. There will be another card.
