I wouldn't choose a condition label by averaging the good parts with the bad. A crease is something a buyer needs to know about, even when the rest looks clean. Describe it plainly, photograph it, and check the marketplace's condition guide before listing. If you're unsure which label fits, ask. Clear disclosure saves a lot of uncomfortable messages afterward.
