I take clear condition photos and keep the listing, packing photos, and shipping receipt together. They make it easier to answer questions if something goes wrong. They don't guarantee that a marketplace will decide a dispute in my favor, so I still follow its shipping and seller-protection requirements. A little recordkeeping is easier than trying to remember the details after the package is gone.
