Sending My First Card in the Mail

@KitchenTableTrainer asks

sold my first card. How do I pack it so it doesn't arrive looking like it fought a lawn mower?

Jeff answers

I sleeve the card, use a suitable protective holder, and secure it so it can't slide out or rattle around. Keep adhesive away from the card and sleeve opening, then use packaging that protects against bending and moisture. Check the carrier's rules for the mailing method you choose. Before sealing it, ask yourself whether the buyer can open it safely without fighting tape beside the card.
