You're matching the character; now we need to match the card. Charizard has lots of printings, and the set, number, language, foil version, and condition all matter. A graded copy is another comparison entirely. Start with the exact version in the infinitepulls.com app, then compare similar copies that actually sold. That $900 listing might just be somebody's wish.
