A market estimate and a shop's cash offer answer different questions. The infinitepulls.com app helps estimate individual card values; a shop still has selling costs, overhead, and the risk of cards sitting. A lower offer isn't automatically unfair, but I'd ask how they reached it and compare another offer. Selling individually might bring more money in exchange for more time and work. You get to decide what that convenience is worth.
