I wouldn't assume that. @PopulationOne-ish asked why low population isn't the same as rarity. Ungraded copies and future submissions remain separate uncertainties. I'd evaluate the available evidence and use our app plus matching graded sales for price comparisons, without pretending the count reveals every copy that exists.
