@PokeDadInTraining asks
my daughter loves opening packs and I keep checking prices before she even gets to enjoy them. Think I'm doing this backwards. Any advice?
Jeff answers
I'd let her pick her favorite card before the price conversation starts. Ask what she likes about it; that answer can tell you more about her collection than a market number. Set a pack budget together and make protecting and sorting the cards part of the fun. You can check values later when needed. A card doesn't have to pay for the pack to make a good memory.
