I put the cards side by side, agree on condition, and use the same pricing reference for both sides. We use the infinitepulls.com app for that starting point, then talk through any differences. Trade values don't have to match to the penny if both people understand and feel good about it. If someone rushes you or won't explain their numbers, it's fine to keep your cards.
