I'd record the company, grade, certification number, and clear images together. That identifies the particular holder more accurately than the card name alone. @VintageVulpix learned a number isn't an authenticity guarantee, but it's still useful recordkeeping. Keep sensitive purchase and location details private when sharing your list.
