seller priced a raw card like it's definitely going to grade perfectly. Is that normal?

I'd value the card being sold, using our app for the raw reference and inspecting its condition. A hoped-for future grade isn't something the seller has delivered. Remember @FreshPackFrank asking why a new pull wasn't automatically a ten? A confident listing doesn't promise that result either.
