Scarcity and a waiting buyer aren't the same thing. I'd check the price in the infinitepulls.com app, then look at how often truly comparable copies sell, not just what they're listed for. Presentation and condition matter too. If sales are infrequent, it may take patience or a different price. Rarity can explain why something is hard to find without making it easy to move.
