I'd ask for a short video with the holder tilted slowly under a light, plus close-ups from a few angles. That can help separate reflections and marks on the plastic from the card surface. Sometimes photos still won't settle it. If the distinction matters to your decision and you can't inspect it confidently, it's reasonable to wait instead of guessing.
